“I've purchased at least 10 "prime" rib roast over the 22 years I have been making a pilgrimage to Green Valley meats for my families Christmas dinner. The other years I didn't? Let's just say the meals were good/okay and always smoked to near perfection. But there has been no comparisons to the quality I am accustomed to getting at GVM. This year was no different except this was on a whole new level of awesomeness.....OMG. I knew when I was cutting it off the bone and trimming it out that this particular piece was special. The color was deep and the marble so well distributed. 14.41lbs of perfection with soft mesquite smoke, wet rub and dry aged a bit, it literally melted in the mouth after cooking. “I've been going to Snap Fitness in Battle Ground for about a month now and it's been a great experience! The staff is wonderful and the facility is very clean. There aren't too many people at once in the gym and everyone has been so polite. It tends to be the same crowd more or less so you begin to get to know others members. She assessed our bins and bags and helped us repackage them into boxes to save us some money. She was incredibly cheerful, and took over the packing when she could have easily handed us the boxes to attempt ourselves. We were very pleased with our experience. Loved being able to do the tap and pay with credit card at the register, no fumbling with cash. Got the focaccia home and made some truly lovely sandwiches for lunch. Can't wait to try it as toast and have poached eggs with it. The open crumb and soft, lovely texture inside is perfectly balanced by the rustic, crisp outside. Yum, yum!”

“A really fun hike to do with a loved one, or alone. We loved the bridges and the easy-to-follow trail. It's definitely been taken care of well. It took us 4 hours round-trip to get to the top and back. But definitely worth it! The views from the top were breathtaking! The elevation gain was easy; there are quite a bit of switchbacks that make the climb easier. There's a sign at every fork in the road to help you stay on your chosen path. Plenty of parking in the shade. All told, a fun, gorgeous hike. We will definitely be coming back.”

My Mother spent the next 8 years of her life in a secure and safe environment being extremely well cared for by the Staff there. She lived to the ripe old age of 94.
