After interviewing maybe 13 contractors I chose MBNW because Bill did a great job of communicating and he line itemed things which I loved (being able to take things off I didn't want to spend on or adding things in based on line items). In addition their pricing was great and they stayed true to their projections. Despite some problems from our cabinet company, MBNW was also able to keep our tight timeline. “I needed to register an out of state vehicle and was recommended this place specifically. I actually ended up going to a different licensing service place first that was closer to my house and was told that I needed a lot more notarized paperwork and proof it was my vehicle, even with a folder with every single document relating to my car in my name over a ten year period I brought in with me. Although I will be the first to admit I am bureaucratically challenged, it all didn’t feel right, so I ended up coming here like I should have initially to get a second opinion and I’m very glad I did. Chuck helped me out and even commented that some of the paperwork the other place gave me was not needed and that I had everything I needed to make the transition quick and easy. I gave him what I had, he got all the information submitted, and gave me my plates and registration within a 15 minute interaction. Shoutout to Chuck specifically for being very friendly and knowledgeable in ways I really needed help with. He’s great, and is one of the reasons I will definitely be coming back if I need any help in regards to my vehicle licensing. I did not feel rushed at all. He thoroughly explained things to me as well. I was nervous about seeing a new doctor but I left his office feeling relieved. He is very professional and I could tell he cares about his patients. He also picks up on the things that are not being said by observing body language which I felt was impressive and a good sign at how long he has been in his profession. I would highly recommend him.”
