When I asked if he would be taking the rear cover (diff change) apart he said "no". I was pleasantly surprised on pickup that he had. In addition he charged only an hour of shop time and did not charge me for the slip additive because it wasn't on the original quote he gave. I found him polite,honest, and hard working. I'd be happy to support his business again and would recommend him to others. Also very smooth scheduling for it just being him and another mechanic.”

“I have not had the same experience others have while living here. The manager has always been friendly and accommodating. I have had 3 maintenance issues since my residency began and all were fixed and addressed in less than 24 hours. I will say new management came in in November of 2016, so perhaps the new management has tightened up. All in all rent is competitive, management friendly and effective, and *most* of the residents are extremely friendly. My only real complaint is the lack of parking. It is hard to have company as most visitor spots are already taken by residents. However, I'm not even sure how they could fix the parking issue as there is only so much space. **Update** I recently moved out of town and wanted to add a final note to my review. The management team has always been friendly and supportive and that continued through my moving out. I have nothing but positive things to say about each staff member and recommend giving Pacific Pointe a visit if you're looking for a new place to call home!”

“I would first off like to mention the front desk who was super sweet and made me feel like any decision I made was right. The MA nurse I believe she was if I remember correct, made me feel like I had someone by my side, like I can express my emotions even though I didn’t know her , her presence was very much helpful and she was so kind during before and after all of the procedures. The doctors during the procedure were very comforting and reassuring even though I felt super nervous and scared. Once everything was over and I woke up and felt the same, slight cramps but it’s normal. The whole process was a great experience for an individual like me, I definitely recommend this for all women any age it’s a great place and you can definitely count on them for your needs!”

“I got takeout and ate it in the car, and it was the best lunch I've had in months. I did the brisket plate which came with a side and a piece of bread. SO good. I am literally obsessed. “We are not from the area, so we called to see if we needed reservations, and Liz was so friendly on the phone. She put us on the list for a table and said they'd be ready for us in 15mins. (I would call to ahead, especially during dinner hour on a Friday night.) When we arrived, Liz sat us immediately. She was also our waitress, and she has a friendly personality and great service skills! On their tables, they do have a sign that ask guests to be patient because they make everything to order, so it does take longer to get food. Drinks came out fairly quick, however. The food was definitely worth the wait! So delicious! I recommend the Chicken and Bacon Fettuccine for dinner, and the their chocolate cake for dessert! As my 8 year old son put it, "We need to come back again and again!"”

“Wow if you haven't visited the Mountain Loop Highway & it's off-roads (former logging roads) east of Verlot, you are in for an unbelievable treasure of undescribable beauty kept hidden yet any other State, Province, Country would demand it's preservation as a National Park. I know all the little secrets of this place of wonder & a lot of it's history & if you are freaked out by the scary looking mountain people keep in mind a GAY campground has been here over 20 years with no locals freaked out, so relax, fasten your seat belt because most roads here are in bad shape! So is the restroom at the Verlot Ranger Station now a public service center. The men's room is awful, but hey, it's worse in the big city, but... they have hot water & campgrounds with showers or skinny dipping in the rivers on a hot day. Nobody is going to call a cop, there's no cell service here, so relax, but be prepared to be your own cop if you want to exercise your 2nd Amendment. The biggest tourist trap are the ice caves at Big4 mountain, but I know a secret spot where you can drive a thousand feet above them and witness the entire valley below. A view that will stun you. My family first came here from Mercer Island in 1968. Talk about culture shock!I'm 57 now & God, I love this place. Snohomish Counties little secret. Oh forgot... I took these pics last weekend, March 2, 2018. Red Bridge... Google it. And... Center rings of a tree 700 years old, cut down to make coffee tables probably, but these are the first rings of it's life notice how friken colder it was here back then. That is at Verlot on display.”
