“Integrity Property Management has been our property manager for the past 10 years. I spent a long time trying to identify a property management company that met my requirements. We are extremely happy we went with Integrity. Kiley has been our designated property manager since day one. She has been nothing short of phenomenal. We have had a few issues with our HOA, tenants, and maintenance issues. She has handled each situation fast and ensured everything was taken care of. We have been out of state for a few years and we have had a few different tenants. She has always found a new tenant immediately and we have never not have someone cover the rent. Additionally, she ensures we rent at a price that we like and is competitive enough to get a new tenant. We could not be happier with Kiley. We have dealt with a couple other departments at Integrity and they have been extremely helpful as well. This past year we had our first major maintenance issue. A faulty toilet leaked through the ceiling and flooded part of the downstairs. Close to $20,000 in damages. Kiley and her team were quick to ensure everything was taken care of. There have been a couple other small issues, but every time Kiley made an extremely stressful situation get taken care of. She really does care that our home is taken care of and we have good tenants. We hope to be with her and Integrity for many years to come. They are not the cheapest or the most expensive property management, but they have been worth every dollar. “I trust no other mechanic more than Chris. He has decades of experience as a mechanic, and works independently so you can be certain that the work done on your car is always consistent. His knowledge and skills as a mechanic surpass any I've had experience with. In fact, after getting my oil pump replaced at what most people consider the premiere mechanic shop in Vancouver, Bartosh Imports, I took it to Chris to swap in a turbo and he noticed that my timing was off and the control arm bolts weren't torqued to spec (causing a clunking noise). Chris is very friendly, genuine, and he won't give you the "runaround" like most mechanics do. If you wish, he will probably let you watch him perform the work on your car, so you can be absolutely certain that it's done right. The only fault I can think of is that he sometimes is pretty busy so it might be a week or two until he can take your car in, but it's always worth the wait. I won't let anyone else work on my car except myself. I am not endorsed or sponsored by Chris, despite the obviously rave review. Just a very happy customer :)”

She has learned so much academically, socially, and physically. The teachers at the Little Farm are thoughtful, caring, and really tailor learning to your child’s needs.
