“Let me tell you a little story, last weekend I accidentally damaged my vintage engagement ring, prongs were smashed and I lost a small diamond by ways of picking pumpkins. It was a sad day. I ran to Jared because they had same day repairs where I was informed that basically it was a wash or it would cost me 1,000 to repair. Next I went to Kay's since they've replaced a little diamond for me several months ago, who told me a similar story but referred me to the Jewelry Dr. Man, the Jewelry Dr is the really MVP. They fixed it at a very reasonable price, they were quick and very helpful. 100% recommend these guys if you need repairs, skip the other guys. My ring is back to looking its normal beautiful self!”

I have made multiple phone calls over the past few weeks trying to figure out prices and what I need and how this work (we usually don't need other companies to deliver for us, but this door is larger than most and we forgot to do job site delivery). Everyone was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in helping me figure out pricing and what I needed. I called today to schedule pick up and delivery for next week. I spoke with Adrienne. She was absolutely amazing - she helped me with a bill of lading template and emailed me all of the information I would need to put on it to ensure our timelines were met and our technician wasn't waiting around to load and unload. She was informational, professional, friendly, and had the best customer service I have encountered in a long time. It is hard to know what to do and to set up things like this for the first time when you have zero idea what you are doing. Should I ever need to again, I will be calling them. He has set the standard of what dentistry should be. He is incredibly caring and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and cared for.
