“I have just finished my second Kiwi fence in 5 years - each time the job is IMMACULATE. EVERY fence post is put to a level, a measuring tape and square. I mean STRAIGHT and EVEN. There is not a single piece of trash or remnant remaining when they leave- as though the fence magically appears. Excellent advise and great listening skills are part of this family business. “This is such a beautiful facility and very comfortable. It was a hot day and they had the temperature nice and cool. I let them know it was my first time at check in and they were really nice and explained things for me. I waited not even 2 minutes after check in to be taken back and the tech was so kind and personable and made conversation with me and asked me about my issue before the CT scan. I felt seen and heard and well taken care of. Was in and out in like 15 minutes. Parking is great at this location and it has multiple entrances to get in and out of the parking lot easily.”

“Was recommended by a couple of people to check it out, as it wasn't too far from where I live. The drive wasn't long, parking was easy. Enough parking when I went mid day on a Saturday. There are stairs to the dog park along with a ramp for anyone who has a disability or strollers. Double gated and rules are posted as you go in. Right away you can go to an open spot that has dog agility equipment (to the right) or to the left you go down a little trail and there is just an open field like area. There, is a gravel tail that follows the fence line, for you and your dog to walk. Also, there are some off trails between the agility area and the open field area. The area is All one level, no worries for hills for any struggles with wheelchairs or strollers. All dogs and humans were really nice. This made working through some bigger dog issues for my smaller dog easy. All that I talked to were really supportive and helpful. Oh and in one post there was mention about no water dishes, when I went, I went prepared just in case, but here were two dishes full of water the whole time. Great visit overall!”

“This week I had the need for an emergency boarding of a family member's 2 large dogs. Two days before a holiday weekend, Kat(owner), took my call, said she could help and guided me through what I needed to do to get them prepared and into the facility. When I arrived this morning to a bustling lobby, Kat and her staff calmly assisted me and their regular clients get checked in swiftly and accurately. Recently, I have personally experienced and have heard other's woes about a lack of customer service with various businesses as everyone is short staffed and struggling these days; so when I experienced a company that was so willing to go out of their way and out of normal process to assist me in a time of need I wanted to make sure that I shared my experience. Oh and the facility is clean, and lovely I will sing their praises and return myself in the future. Thank you Kat and staff for your kindness and professionalism, you truly don't know how it has helped me.”
