If I went to a PT they would say go do this ten times and come back to me when you're finished. When I go to Jyl she watches exactly what I do. She makes sure I am doing the exercise correctly and fixes what I may be doing wrong as to get the best outcome. Jyl is amazing at what she does and I am so happy to have found someone who loves what they do. It is obvious Jyl not only enjoys what she does but takes great pride in getting the best results, whether it means starting you out simple, slow, and steady or jumping right in and maximizing her hour with you.
