Polished Image chose the path of honesty and integrity on an accident they caused. I brought my brand new car in to have the calipers painted. At some point in the process, their techs accidentally nicked my brake line causing it to become compromised. They investigated and said "yes, this was our accident, we will take care of it." They immediately took the car in, gave me a loaner, replaced the brake lines, and dropped my car off for me within a few days. No debate, no cost. Just impeccable customer service and honesty. As long as I live in the area I am going to bring my vehicles back to Polished Image for any work they can support and I will recommend them to anyone who will listen.”
