“My 2nd story windows have never been so sparkling clean and clear! They did an excellent job of roof and gutter cleaning as well. No gunk left on the landscaping below either. Communicated clearly and let me know extra charge up front for many hard-to-reach windows. Hard-working and thorough. Only minor problem was that they bent one of our outdoor garage lights off-kilter and didn't let us know about that. We noticed after they left. Easily fixed, I think. I'll definitely use Chinook Services again.”

There have been times when I came to the store for something that wasnt their, and left or got something else. Items do move around some, or they are replaced with something else and then returned. I hope the stock issues can be resolved soon, but other then that, it's a good store.”

“I showed up to pick up empty trailer , at receiving after hours , and appeared closed .Trailer was locked to dock with king pin lock . On site Security was nice enough to tell me shipping , on other side in between had people available. One of workers asked what’s going on and went to see if anyone still there and eventually found someone . That individual made huge effort to help me get my empty trailer so i could leave to pick up a load elsewhere. Good Job and Thanks for your kindness.”

“Lived here for three years and never had a problem that couldn’t be solved in a quick phone call or request on the portal. It wasn’t the fanciest ever but it was clean, and everything was in great condition when I moved in. Legitimately enjoyed visits from maintenance because they were so nice. My only complaint was the parking lot - not enough spots for everyone in the section by buildings 1-6, and it made me nervous how often kids would run out in front of my car without looking. Pretty sure the parking situation is better if you’re way in the back of the complex and away from the playgrounds though.”

The location is easily accessible right off the freeway, decently priced, very polite and friendly staff, and the food speaks for itself! I ordered the teriyaki chicken with vegetable chow mein and it was ready within ten minutes or less. The food was piping hot and so delicious, I was disappointed I didn't have more of it left once I finished despite the portion size being just right.
