“I have tried guitar lessons with different teachers without success. I am so glad that I found Ethan. He is an amazing musician with lots of passions and knowledge about music. Ethan is also patient and very inspiring. Through the lessons from Ethan, and his passions of teaching inspire me to pick up my guitar and keep going. I do find Ethan way of teaching very interesting and fun. He crafts the lesson specifically to student music tastes, which is Jazz and Blue in my case. “It's the only Russian Orthodox church where I can pray in solitude 🙏 I do appreciate Fathers to let me light candles in any time of my visit, though not every Russian Orthodox church in US is nice about it. I love that it's in the middle of the forest and not in a middle of the city as I'm used to. I always buy soaps that they are making, they have coffee (Abbott blend is a must), bibles, icons, etc.”

In the process we've dealt with dozens of property managers. Several withheld damage deposits on false damage claims. They were not all bad, but South Island Properties was one of the best. Fantastic to deal with from the beginning to . They promptly showed up when ever there was an issue. They were always kind and understanding. When it came time to move to a larger location they wished us luck and returned our deposit without trying to hold back a dime. They will always be the first people we call when looking for a new spot.”
