The orders desk person is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. In the beginning I looked for a company which placed care for the farmers very high in importance. The main reason I chose Grounds for Change was that they helped a women's group in Peru be able to grow the Cafe Feminino beans, the ones I always buy now for part of my half-caff cup.
