“I had an incredibly customer-centric experience at this service shop. After calling 10+ local businesses inquiring about alignment service and appointments, everyone was booked 2-3 weeks out. I found Hankook Tire Lynnwood on Google and was attracted by their stellar reviews. The great reviews were spot on. I called as soon as they opened and asked how soon I could get it - they said come in right now and we will take care of you. I was blown away that they could get me in so quickly. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and addressed by my first name. One of the technicians came out to introduce himself and made sure he understood the exact service my vehicle needed to ensure my needs would be met which was really appreciated. After the service was completed the team took me for a walk-around my vehicle and explained which adjustments were made and pointed a few helpful technical pieces of information about my vehicle. Between contacting the shop, arriving, my vehicle being aligned, and leaving the shop, I was there for less than one hour. The team here is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, & efficient. I will not go anywhere else in the future for my alignment needs for as long as I am in the area. Highly recommended.”

“I don't know where to begin since everyone at Telecare helped me in their own way while I was there from Nov-Dec 2020. The staff always accommodated my requests and all of the other clients' requests. And it didn't matter how many times they were asked, running around/otherwise had their hands full with their individual tasks, or how tired they were from lack of sleep or whatnot. Moreover, the kindness, willingness to help and support all of the clients in whatever stage of their recovery journey they are currently in, and patience&determination&and inner strength to continue moving forward no matter what obstacles were present really inspired me. The individuals I got to really know always instilled confidence in me to be the person I really am. Furthermore, they bestowed upon me more hope in humankind compared to my past experiences with some people. I hope one day I can thank so many of the people I individually remember and/or visit when COVID-19 is settled.
