Although their company only offers replacement service, he provided professional and honest advice on my case (i.e. no need to replace at this moment since the roof doesn't suffer from any major issue) after I explained my plan with the house. He generously provided some docs that he prepared for the appointment and recommended a great cleaning service that he heard from his customers in this area. I really appreciate his effort to educate me and help me make the right decision for this project, and will probably call him when the roof needs to be replaced in a few years.”
