I can’t say enough about the quality and timeliness of the work. Brandon and Israel made sure I was involved in the project and informed of everything all along the way. I feel like they were highly invested in the project and took personal care to ensure no detail was overlooked. Despite the excellent communication, there weren’t any delays related to over-neediness in getting the work done, as I’ve had with prior contractors who failed to initiate tasks because they needed obsessive validation for each item on the checklist. Clearly, this was not the company’s first project and the experienced professionalism showed. The team arrived ready to work; no one hung out in the yard slacking off or took extended breaks. They arrived ready and with great attitudes throughout. They were efficient, thorough, and clean. I don’t feel like they cut corners and they left everything as good or better than they found it. I know that Cutting Edge is busy with many jobs but my house always felt like a priority. The crew referred to me by name and because it was the same crew throughout, I felt like I got to know them a little. Everyone was respectful, kind, and courteous. They are genuinely cared for by staff and every child makes progress immediately. The kids work on social skills, following directions, managing emotions, body awareness, feeding, academic skills, and so much more. “Sam and his team really went above and beyond to take care of me. I work in the Kent area only infrequently, when my voltage light came on I called Sam and he was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday afternoon. They diagnosed the problem, a bad alternator, they tracked one down and replaced it all while I waited. Unfortunately this isn’t the end of the story. The alternator they put in was a defective rebuild, though this wasn’t Ace auto repairs fault, Sam and his team went above and beyond yet again to work with my schedule and swap in a replacement which then fixed the problem. I would whole heartedly recommend this shop.”

The Happy Hour fries for $3.50 were plenty for three people -- I actually wish it was a lot smaller. Drinks were good. Staff was friendly and professional and efficient. Will definitely return!!”
