“This was a pleasant stay serving a great purpose! The breakfast attendant was phenomenal! I wish we could remember her name, she was so sweet and kind to our family. Check-in was smooth and seemless, the Business Center was convenient, and the snack shop a treat! A big thanks to housekeeping for keeping the clean bath linens coming! It was a stark contrast to the young lady who worked the nights of our stay, who seemed irritated that guests would have a request. We did encounter a slight problem with room keys, the electronic key on the App would nullify the physical key cards. The desk agent seemed to be annoyed with the request to reactivate the physical cards. Thankfully, her disposition did not have a lasting effect on our overall stay. Thank you for accommodating the needs of so many of the 5,000 extras for the recreation of one of the greatest miracles in history! “I cannot rate Sunrise of Issaquah highly enough. Our mother was scheduled to move in April 2020 which was delayed due to COVID. Initially, she was assessed for a lower-care floor, but when she was finally able to move in her mental state had declined significantly. Sunrise adapted and moved her to the Reminiscence Floor. I cannot praise Sunrise highly enough in this review for how they have helped my mom settle in and live her best life. She had difficulty settling in, but rather than treating her as a problem, Sunrise staff respected her dementia and helped us work through how to best help her. Dementia can be a hard road for any family - particularly when you live far away. But through it all the staff and administration at Sunrise made us feel like we were a part of a team caring for our mother. They were as happy as we were when mom's agitation settled. The care is professional and personal at the same time. From the Executive Director down to those setting the tables at meal times - everyone knows and cares for the residents. If you are lucky enough to get a loved one a place at Sunrise of Issaquah - take it. This is A+ quality care and a great team of people. Thank you!!!”

“If you are looking for a physician who really cares about the well being of her patients, schedule an appointment if you can. (She may be full..) I am a patient, and have been for a few years. Last May, I was in a pretty serious car accident, resulting in many severe fractures/ injuries. Dr. Swanson heard about it before I even notified her. She and her staff have shown great support ever since, looking for progress checks every visit. Not by pushing pills, or miracle cures, but more great advice on movement, exercise, nutrition, and supplements. Finally a Dr. Who is definitely not in it for the money. I feel you can tell alot about a person by the way they treat their family. Her office is all family and close friends, and they are growing on me the same way!”
