Get to my car and come to find out there no spice at all. This has happened to me 3 times now. “I really do like this place, they have a large variety of gel and powder colors, and every tech is talented... the only reason they don't get 5 stars is because of their prices, they are high but you get what you pay for, and they are the best I've found in Vancouver! I just showed my tech a picture of what I wanted and Tommy hooked me up. I've already booked my next appointment with him, but I looked at all the techs work and each set of nails looked incredible. Very impressed with this place... outside of the price.”

“This store has earned my trust. I got some stains on a bridesmaid dress a few days before a wedding and brought the dress to Enatai praying the stains would come out in time. This manager was upfront with the prices and was able to spot clean it in a day. When I picked up the dress, I found a new stain in a different spot, so the owner cleaned the spot before I left. The stain was still there the next day, so I brought it back, and the manager got the stain out. He never charged me extra. After hearing horror stories about dry cleaners, I'm glad I found these guys!”

“Is your WA auto insurance company low-balling their "estimate" of the value of your totaled vehicle? Hire John Kincl to give you a fair appraisal. It was the best decision I did. Twice. State Farm twice offered me X-Y for my totaled vehicles. I hired John to appraise my one owner vehicles with all service records, owners manuals, and gasoline receipts. Both times, evil State Farm ended up doubling their offer or accepting John's appraisal which was twice what they offered. Why don't they do that in the first place?”
