First, Rich is concerned about the customer's satisfaction and he proved it on this job too. He determined my flushing mechanism needed to be replaced and he did it quickly. Sadly, that part wasn't properly working, so he honored my request for replacing it with the exact same device that originally came with my toilet that he originally first installed years ago. Problem solved to my satisfaction. He is a courteous, conscientious and quick worker who truly cares about his work and his customer's satisfaction.
