  I had a wood pellet stove installed in my basement as well as a heater in my garage. This company was exceptional from day one. I walked into the showroom to look and was approached by Junior. He showed me the stoves, answered all my questions and showed me all about the stove I was interested in. It was then installed by Ryan, TJ and Ethan. They did a great job, left no mess and showed me how to use and care for it. This business is very client friendly. They bend over backwards to accommodate their patrons. I give Sunfire Energy Solutions 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone. I am a satisfied customer and love my pellet stove.

  Just had a new pellet fireplace installed by Ryan and TJ. Couldn't ask for a more professional crew. Was very pleased with their quality of work and the care they took in setting up, installing, and then clean up. The entire sales experience with Sunfire was pleasant and easy. Very happy customer.

  We would like to take a moment to thank everyone at Sunfire Energy Solutions for the excellent job they did in selling, repairing, and removing our old wood stove and installing two new propane stoves. The sales department was excellent in providing us with assistance in the selection of the propane stoves and coordinating the job with the other departments to make sure we received everything we wanted.
  
  They were quite busy at the time our roof started to leak around our wood stove pipe as it was their busy season. They sent someone out to temporarily repair a seal and roof leak where our wood stove pipe exited the roof and water was coming in. This held us until they could order and install two propane stoves. We had two onsite visits: one for the propane lines and one to see what materials would be needed for installation. The job was scheduled for three days but was completed in two days. Their concern for protecting items in the home and their dedication to making sure everything was cleaned up and left as they had found it was amazing.
  
  The personnel from Sunfire Energy Solutions were very friendly and professional. Their attitude and hard efforts to make sure the job was completed correctly was exemplary! Their professionalism, dedication, and pride in the company they worked for to do an excellent job was very impressive!

  Excellent Service!! I wanted to share my appreciation for my Sunfire Franklin Stove service call today. Scheduling time was reasonable, about a week, but when the moment Jerry Monro called to let me know he was on the way, arrived, introduced himself, and took off his shoes before entering the house, I was already impressed. Jerry placed a cover on the floor before beginning his troubleshooting process. He was very patient and professional with me standing over him and asking stupid questions. It didn't take him very long to find the source of the stove issue and making necessary corrective repairs. We've always been pleased with Sunfire, we have purchased the stove and a hot tub from them, and their service folks have always been professional and effective. The staff at the Sunfire store are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them for all the services they provide. My service Tech, Jerry, set a high bar for thorough troubleshooting and the repair...he was a pleasure to work with and would welcome him back for any future repairs. Thanks, Jerry and to all at Sunfire. ????

  Techs Jerry Monro and Ryan Miller were very helpful during our yearly gas stove service and cleaning. They arrived on time, were very professional, took the time to explain what they were doing, and to answer all of our questions. Scheduling with Sunfire has always been easy and I have recommended their business to both friends and relatives.
