(February 10, 2018, 3:53 pm)Dr. Rice is truly one of a kind. He spends quality time with you and explains things so you as the patient can understand and relate to what he's explaining to you. He and his wife work closely together and they are very family oriented and family an patients come first. He also makes sure your physical health is well enough before he jumps to just writing you medication. He shows you respect and makes sure you leave with all your concerns and questions have been addressed and answered based on the information given to him at that time. My husband agrees with everything I'm saying. We also like that you can book your appointments online through their fb account setup. Very comfortable setting and appointments run long but totally worth it because he gets to know you and listens to your concerns and your history an absolutely no judgement based on any past issues one may have had with previous doctors, etc..
His wife Heather is a very nice person who treats you the same way. She goes above and beyond to assist you in anyway she can. Even after business hours she makes herself available and tries to help you in any way she can. All along while taking care of her family.
Most importantly you get the care and time well spent. -

(October 25, 2017, 5:06 pm)DR Rice has been our family doctor going on 4 years now. My children WILL NOT see any others around the Martinsburg area. Had to take them to Unget Care one time and that was the last time. He take a his time with the patients and gets to know them and their problems. I 100 percent recommend Dr. RICE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY.

(October 24, 2017, 9:41 pm)Dr Rice is the best. I've followed him to three locations. Takes his time with me. Explains medical jargon in layman terms and makes sure I leave satisfied. He listens to my concerns and makes recommendations based on his experience. I'm glad he has his own practice now. The location is convenient. His wife is very personable. Always a pleasure to go for an official visit. Treats me like family. Highly recommend. I was able to return to full time work and have my old life back after 2 back surgeries, with Dr Rice’s help. Something I wasn’t able to do for a few years before starting to see him. He and the office staff are the best. Can reach them via IM on FB. Appointment making is easy due to being able to do it online at my leisure. They’re always very responsive. 5 Stars all the way!

They are very family orientated and I love the fact you can book your appts though their Facebook page. I won't go anywhere else if I can help it.. -
