(June 23, 2018, 1:58 am)My son was marching with his ROTC flight in the Martinsburg parade fall of 2017. I am sure he will be in the next as well. I was so proud to see him. 2018 I look forward to him again, and hopefully my other son in the Mussleman Marching Band.
