I moved here thinking it would be hard to find an office staff to replace my previous primary care physician and staff of 30 years. I originally chose Magnolia Family Medicine due to location. I have had nothing but good experiences time and time again. The office staff is very friendly and makes you feel like part of their family. I don’t feel like an outsider, but a long time friend, every time I’m there.
Dr. Swalm and Cheryle give me and my family time and attention, making you feel important. Letting you know that they truly do care, and are willing to give the same concern and care that they would give to their own family members. Dr. Swalm always takes time to explain his diagnosis. He will show you examples, research or bring up more information or helpful tips to help you better understand your symptoms, diagnosis or healthy living info.
I would highly recommend Magnolia Family Medicine, they have definitely made our transition easier than expected. Thank you Dr.Swalm, Family and Staff!

Excellent Doctor and Staff. I have had the privilege of both working with and being a patient of Dr. Swalm's. He cares about his patients like the Docs I grew up with. He is vastly knowledgeable and principled in his treatment approaches and diagnostics. His office location is very easy to get to and his staff is welcoming and friendly. 5 Stars!
Very professional, great listener, compassionate and realistic! His "bedside manner" and approach to health care issues (and preventative care) are "no non-sense"/straight forward without being judgmental! He even draws pictures to explain "how things work" to help understand what's going on! I discovered his new practice this past fall and was immediately impressed! Since then, my wife has come with me on an appointment, then immediately changed/selected Dr. Swalm as her primary care doctor. His staff is also a cut above the rest as well. Thank you Dr. Swalm for coming to this area; your dedication to health care is outstanding!
