  The compressor in our 4yr old LG refrigerator went bad. Penny had Jeff out to diagnose the issue right away. After ordering the replacement parts there was an issue with UPS losing one of the packages and then LG never overnighted the next package as they were told to do so. Needless to say our garage was our fridge for over a week. Penny was great at getting things rolling with LG! The part arrived finally yesterday morning and Jeff had our fridge fixed that afternoon. I HIGHLY recommend 5 Star!

  Our 2 year old LG refrigerator compressor went bad. Jeff was very fast and professional. He quickly diagnose the issue and replaced the compressor. Highly Recommended!

  This company does a great job. The lady who answers the phone is friendly and helpful. She kept me updated on when the parts I needed would be in. The repair man was on time both times he came to the house. He completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. Keep up the great work guys.

  Purchased a French door LG fridge in 2016. Life was good... And then, chaos ensued. Penny and Jeff @ 5Star to the rescue. Penny got us on the schedule quickly and Jeff came out and determined that the compressor and drier and other parts would have to be replaced. The fridge was down until the parts came in. Once the parts came in Jeff had this fridge back up an kicking out ice by the buckets... However, the behind the scenes work was what really made this a great experience. Throughout the process Penny called us anytime there was an update on the status of the repair. Jeff let me know that it may be possible to have LG eat the labor costs as well as the warrantied parts cost. In this day and time it is a rare occurrence to have such customer service and care. Kudos to Penny and Jeff who made a bad situation turn out to be not so bad.
