  To say that mattress shopping has been stressful is an understatement so I was blown away at how relaxed we felt from the moment we walked in. Our salesperson, Daniel was a rockstar. He was very friendly gave us the info we needed to narrow down our search and helped us browse. Not once did I ever feel pressured to make a purchase like a few other stores I'd been to. When it came time to work out payment we had several different options to choose from. Delivery was set for the next day and I loved how they emailed me several times to keep me updated on exactly what time they would be arriving so I could schedule my day around it. Will definitely be back this fall to get my daughter a new set!

  We met Daniel and he helped us pick the perfect mattress! He helped us find the best deal with the type of comfort we liked and within our budget. You could tell he cared more about the quality of our purchase than the quantity of dollars we forked out for it... he was awesome! Ask for him when you go in! He’s super friendly, listens to your needs and will Deff help you find what you need!

  Sales Rep Chris is the BEST! I wanted an adjustable bed for years. I had done my homework and Chris was really informed and helped me pick the perfect adjustable bed. I expected to pay more than I did - the prices at Mattress Firm, in Martinsburg, are the BEST around! To top it off, a month after receiving my bed, I decided I wanted a softer mattress. Chris again helped me make an exchange - at no additional cost! Thank you Chris! Love these folks!
