We have online Geek support. Would have been 5 stars if I had reached Sierra and Kumar the first time. A big high five to Alexander Z as well from the day before. This company has a convoluted database in which your account gets split into every phone number, email or physical address; My wife and I have moved in the last 2 years. Alexander figured this out and worked for over an hour to consolidate the information and update it properly.
We purchased a top of the line computer that was on sale at the end of last year for my wife's home office. Her Nursing software requires 2 screens, we chose 23" Dell also on a massive sale. Total cost with antivirus, tech support and Microsoft productivity suite $1,356.13.
The sales associate claimed he had updated our information, guess not everybody at Bestbuy has completed their computer system training. He also said Mcafee when referring to the antivirus, it is Webroot.
In summary, just like every large corporation, Geeksquad has some top of the line employees with superior customer service skills and will stick with you until your problem is fully resolved and there are a few impatient ones that end up wasting their time and yours. In the end I highly recommend the Geeksquad service plan, make a call help them log in and watch the magic happen.
