So today, out of no where my family needed their septic pumped. Billys came the same day! Turns out, there was something else going wrong but the guy that came was really helpful and nice. Also, the rates are lower than what I've seen and they actually pumped it all out completely unlike some people. Plus whoever came was really cute! Will be a customer from now on. Billy''s is FANTASTIC. It was about 4-5 years ago when my septic backed up into my basement bathroom. There was probably 16-20 inches of snow on the ground. It was either Christmas Day or New Years Day but I am not really sure which one, but I call all the "big" guys in our area, whose names I will not repeat here but you know who they are, and NONE of them would come out to attend to my emergency. I then found Billy's through our favorite internet tool Google, and they were at my house with 90 minutes. This was awesome being no one else would come out, it was a National Holiday, and there was 16-20 inches of snow on the ground. I have sworn off the "big" guys since this time and have called on Billy for all my septic needs and would recommend him to everyone in the Eastern Panhandle of WV, MD, VA areas for your septic needs. Billy's is a family owned business and they really care about you as a customer, which was proven in spades when they responded when no one else would.
