Sheila's Kitchen, Martinsburg, WV, is without a doubt the best Family Restaurant in Martinsburg, WV. The atmosphere is very comfortable, nothing fancy, and the prices are very reasonable. We frequent Sheila's once or twice weekly and the staff is very neatly attired and personality is great, along with Sheila herself, who is very friendly.
