I love everyone in this office! I will never go elsewhere. Everyone from the office personnel to the docs are great! Amber, Christie and Doc Glassford are awesome! They are friendly, knowledgeable and are always caring. Love this place ????????????????????
Dr. Amber Rich is a very nice and good doctor here is willing to work with you and help you on the right track, even helping with alleviating anxiety and fear of going to the doctor. She also helps to make sure what you want to say is heard and not overshadowed by someone else (family, friends, whoever else is with you) pushing you. The nurses here are pretty friendly too and help you out.
Dr. Glassford, and all staff, have been nothing short of excellent. I am able to comfortably talk to each provider..yes, even with Dr. Glassford about women issues!
The office workers are nice and accommodating. I've never had any of them to be rude. Even the lab workers are great.
I've been going to the practice even before Glassford took it over and, I can honestly say, he improved it. I highly recommend this practice to anyone and I know I am not going anywhere else.
