You couldn't find a nicer, friendlier, more professional group than the clerk's and manager! I had banks prior to joining the MHFCU. NOT ONE was better. They knew me, my family, That expertise, friendliness, professionalism, knowledge has never waivered to this day. I moved a lot after my husband died in 2006. I live in MD now, I've lived here 11 years now. I don't see the friendly faces but I mostly speak with the wonderful professionals in Parkersburg if I have a problem or concern. She spent a long time and many phone calls and forms to do it, but she did it. She got the check stopped and money returned and then wired to my son that day.
