Update: March 2nd 2019.
I went in to trade in my terrible LG Stylo 4! And Mrs. Amy was to my rescue! Everything was done and finalized within the last hour of the store being open. I (arrived @8p) we were done @9p and shout out to the other associate whom went to get the new phones across town to satisfy me as a customer!
Well done Ladies! This is indeed Customer Service at its best! -

Made it to the store to get a nano SIM card for a phone I purchased elsewhere but she had left already. Was enthusiasticly greeted by April when I walked in the door who ex ceeded my expectations for my visit with awesome customer service skills and and willingness to listen to my phone woes. Great place to come with excellent service!
