(October 8, 2018, 11:03 am)My wife and I had to make an emergency stop into J&K Precision Auto Care on our way back to Richmond, VA. Matt and Shelly were able to squeeze us in same day before lunch. I'm sure they can't do it every time but with a little help from their technician, G, he was able to get the loose lug nuts diagnosed and tightened within about an hour! There's a great group at J&K and I really can't say enough for the service. They were a huge help!

(July 17, 2018, 1:05 pm)About a month ago I needed an alignment on my dodge truck. I do a lot of mechanical repairs myself..but needing an alignment I started calling some local shops, most could not do the alignment due to the size tires I have on the truck... a few of the other shops told me to give J&K a call. I did call and found they were very nice on the phone, set me up with an appointment pretty quick. They did a great job on the alignment, staff treated me great and got a military discount on my bill. Glad I made the call to them and they will get all my business that I’m unable to do myself and refer my friends to J&K...Thanks

(July 12, 2018, 3:58 pm)Visiting the area from VT, they got my Audi (2011 Avant) in the NEXT MORNING for a wheel bearing that was going, and the receptionist helped me save a few coins by allowing me to get the part. $110/hour ain't cheap, but all in it was still $250 less expensive than the closest Audi dealer. J&L stuck with their price, no BS, and didn't find other stuff to fix while they were in there. Appreciate the honesty, timeliness, and friendliness. When I'm home, I do all my own automotive work and hate subbing stuff out, so I feel lucky to have found this place. It was recommended by a friend of my father, who lives here. Thanks!

(May 18, 2018, 1:09 pm)Took my 2005 Honda Element in because the check engine light and the battery wasn't working properly. Had great service from Matt, management and rest of staff. They were able to diagnose the problem, explain it to me and get it fixed at a reasonable rate. Was able to get my car back in no time so I could return to work the next day. Would highly recommend and will be only going to them in the future for anything with my vehicles. - Tomas E.
