  My wife and I had excellent coffee and bagel breakfast sandwiches this morning. The lady server was most personable and helpful. We loved the atmosphere, decor and will be back soon. I highly recommend Rations Café.

  Love the coffee beans that are roasted right here in Harpers Ferry. The cold brew is awesome too!

  What a cool place! Went with my son on a Sunday morning. The coffee was great, the food was amazing (more on that in a minute), and everyone there was incredibly nice. There happened to be some kind of hiking club there when we stopped in about 8am. The owner and one of the leaders of the club helped us figure out the best place to go hiking that day and talked to us a little about Harpers Ferry in general. It was great.
  
  Both my son and I got the waffles and they were wonderful. I love the “waffle bar” concept.
  
  The space is really nice. They have bar seating and also a really big/long table that seats about 20. The theme seems to generally be armed forces and service professions as they have patches from lots of different branches and units throughout the room. Very cool.
  
  They are also open earlier than anyone else so extra bonus points there! We were happy they were open as early as 7 even though we didn’t make it there until 8 or so.
  
  Everything considered, definitely a 5 star place. I hope to be back whenever I’m in Harpers Ferry next.
