(February 14, 2019, 7:10 pm)I was in town for the week, so I dropped into Spectrum for a bit if training. The space is small, but the instruction was very good. They are obviously a drill to kill school. The warm ups and daily techniques were very detailed passing drills, and they spent the time to make sure everyone was doing them right. The coaches obviously care a great deal for their students, because they made sure to have skilled people work with new walk-ins. This protects their current minimally trained students from dangerous spazzy new folks, and ensures that new folks are indoctrinated to the sport properly. Thank you for having me!

(October 31, 2018, 6:49 pm)Basketball, soccer, baseball ... our son enjoys the SMA experience so much more. Beginning middle school is a huge life change and we began martial arts in August. It has, no doubt, helped with his confidence, fitness, positivity, respect, and teamwork.
These coaches unbelievably remember every kid’s name. They teach as well as hold accountable. My son does not want to disappoint his coaches and they use this power for good!
There is a balance of warm ups, hard training and fun. Ending every session with a game is a super positive motivator to return next time and work harder.

(October 31, 2018, 4:18 pm)My son has been coming here for over a year now and has learned so much. Couldn't have asked for better coaches and environment for him to grow. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to learn mixed martial arts. They're great!!

This is a family owned and operated business. Coach Ray and Coach Seth have created a truly unique and awesome environment for their students. Highly recommended!
