  Awesome team at the Shepherdstown office...they took the time to match me with the commercial policy that met my coverage needs, and fit my business model perfectly. I have since moved my auto and homeowners policies to them, and could not recommend them highly enough!

  The staff here are amazing! They are always kind and curteous. I was even allowed in after hours once to hand something in (I can't remember what) and was told that I was allowed to come any time I saw the Jeep parked outside. I've never known an insurance company more personable and homey.

  The staff is always so helpful, FAST, and super friendly. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They work hard to get you the best rates. Easy to talk to and super helpful in getting you covered correctly!

  Excellent Service, Extremely Fast, Honest. I lucked out finding this company.. Very Easy to Talk to, the Staff always sounds so polite and happy.. I will never search for another insurance company ever, I am now a customer for life!
