“Ann and Brenda were very helpful in guiding our decisions about the best kind of flooring for our needs in the kitchen. Brenda brought samples based upon our initial telephone conversation just before she came to our house to measure. After we considered all the options, we stayed with her first suggestion. Ann was very intuitive about our selections for the family room, living room and den. We do not follow the prevailing taste for all "beige" or "greyed-out" neutrals, and tend to use subtle colors as our coordinate "base neutrals". Therefore, the innate sense of subtle "color coordination" is an essential component of the talent of the design associate! We found this quality in Ann. She directed us to the various color options and was able to help us narrow down those options, not only as regards color choices, but also choices regarding the most practical considerations for our needs and lifestyle. Ann was exceptionally patient and understanding, particularly as regards the male/female (ie: husband/wife) thought processes and perceptions! She brought us to the right consensus with a minimum of drama.... Sometimes engaging in home remodeling is akin to entering into a form of "marriage counseling". In this respect, Ann was fully up to the task! We hope to begin the process of renewing our kitchen floor in late spring.”
