  So I called on Monday to have pizza delivered to Berkeley Springs High School. I asked for it to be dropped off at the back of the building with a teachers name provided. It was dropped off at the front office with no name. The pizza sat there for around twenty minutes before they could figure out where it went. I ordered five big Daddy’s as well as five liters of soda and gave a very good tip. The school secretary told me that driver stated that the pizza needed to be paid for when in fact I had prepaid with a credit card two days earlier. When I called Fox’s pizza back she said that the delivery driver had just gotten back so the pizza should be fine. Well considering you dropped it off to the wrong location and didn’t even give a name where it was going so it sat there until they could figure it out. I love to support local business. But this is absolutely uncalled for. When the order was placed and paid for on Monday I was assured it wouldn’t be a problem. I called and asked to speak to the General Manager. I was told she was out for the day but would be give me a call tomorrow. The lady I spoke to made no attempt to resolve the issue or even replace the order. It is completely embarrassing to order food for staff and kids to arrive in such a fashion. I will update the situation when the General Manager calls me back. Hopefully I can get some resolve before reaching out to the owner. Update Danielle the GM called me on 2-14-20. The whole order is being replaced and redelivered next week. I appreciate her professionalism and will definitely continue to order through them. My one star is now a four.

  Want to take a minute to say Thank you! Not just to Fox's pizza but also to a young lady who works there! I'm a milk hauler, I drive a truck on Dec. 19,2019 I was asked by my supervisor to take someone else's load to Hancock MD so I did! Unprepared for the situation I get here at 11:30 and was told I would be here until at least 4this afternoon I called Fox's the young lady called me back and told me that she gets off from work at 1 and since she lives out this way she would be glad to deliver me a pizza! Thank you to her! & Fox's pizza!
