  We hired Osman and his company to renovate our master bathroom. He did a really great job- we highly recommend him. Positive features listed below:
  Strong planning- he took several trips on his own time prior to the work execution to understand our need
  Very responsive on email, text, and phone
  Knowledgeable on the use of latest technologies and designs
  Contract was comprehensive, transparent, and fair
  Managed everything from A to Z including research for the best products, procurements etc.
  Started the project on time and completed the project on time
  Kept the project area clean and organized
  The end product exceeded our expectations

  I hired Osman to assist with 3 projects in a home I recently purchased and am renovating in Berkeley Springs. The first was construction of a wall and entrance way to the master bedroom (drywall) and the other two required re-framing work on the guest bedroom and laundry room closets (wood paneling).
  
  Osman quoted me a fair price. He was professional, responsive and did what he said he was going to do. He and his team showed up on time every day and cleaned up daily before leaving. They completed the project on time and at the agreed upon price, no surprises.
  I enjoyed working with Osman to talk through my plans for the 3 spaces. I was hiring out the projects I didn’t want to handle myself but were part of a larger project, i.e. delegating phase 1 to him and his team. He made some adjustments and recommendations to the wall construction and closet framing to make it structurally sound for phase 2 of my projects. Attached are the before and after pics from the wall construction in the master. I started phase 2 right after they finished and installed barn doors. Phase 3 is paint, woohoo!!
  
  I am extremely pleased with the outcome! The drywall work is flawless and the closets look great. I would definitely recommend Berkeley Springs Properties to others seeking quality work at a fair price.

  Osman Gomez is a wonderful contractor. He is skilled, honest, and keeps to his promised schedule. Complicated challenges get Osman to reach for his best. We had a bathroom in an old Victorian home that needed to be redone. His tile work is exquisite and he renovate six different bathrooms, the back splash in two kitchens. One included installing a tile picture incorporated into a full backdrop. He created custom bookcases in mahogany with arched doors that mimic the stained glass windows of our home which is a 1898 restored chapel. He installed 2800 sq ft of Brazilian cherry hardwood floors and even repaired a section that I damaged with a leak from a wine cooler. Highly recommended.

  Osman was great to work with - he was good at anticipating potential construction issue with you and consulting you to ensure that you get what you want for your renovation. I had a small window of time to get my 5' x 5' bathroom done before renters were moving in. Knowing this small timeframe, he made suggestions and decisions to help hasten the construction and complete on time. He also made sure that he left the worksite cIeared of trash and clean. And I'm really happy with the quality of their workmanship (see photos). I would highly recommend Osman and his crew.

  Osman Gomez and his crew did an excellent job correcting the water seepage/mold situation in my basement. The outside drainage pipe was replaced and my patio resurfaced with attractive flag stone. The surrounding lawn was contoured with more topsoil so that water was drained away from the house. The basement area was decontaminated and treated. I was very pleased with the prompt and professional way that this job was performed. Thank you, Osman
