UPDATE 12/25: Dude! Justin, you adjusted the SoftTouch THE WORKS wash: Noticeably better. It did a great job.
It's just a car wash, right? Well, I have taken my cars through on several occasions over the years, but never had occasion to leave feedback.
This morning after getting tires and an alignment from Eddie's Tire just down the road, figured I should get the car washed for the winter since I had neglected to wash it myself this summer or fall.
To get to the point, I had a slight concern (because I paid for the The Works) that there might still be soap on the car. I called the Valley 24-7 Car Wash customer service number--not because I wanted money back (it ain't that big of a deal--especially because I thought maybe what I thought was soap might have just been innocent bubbles from the whatever kind of spray was used at the end of the Soft Touch wash), but because I wanted to let them know the thing might need to be adjusted or something.
Anyway, I dialed customer service, and was surprised when I got an answer on the second ring. I explained my observations and the young man (turns out he's the owner who took over management October 2019) gave me a code for a free wash. I felt so good about that--better than I'd hoped for (figured I have to leave a voicemail and would hear nothing back). He listened to what I had to say, was actually interested in the possibility of an issue, and was professional and courteous.

Edit: Jordan contacted me directly and gave me a code for a free car wash. I used it today and it worked perfectly. I really appreciate Jordan's efforts to make this right. 5 stars!
I like this carwash but I tried to get an automatic car wash once and the money was taken out of my account but the car wash did not work. I tried to call the phone number provided at least twice & left two messages but my money was never refunded.
