“A relaxing morning hike with an educational perspective. Short enough for older visitors of which I saw several. A few photo opportunities with the cannons and such. In the fall the trail isn't as clearly marked as it could be but an observent person can make it to the ridge.”

“Wonderful experience. The receptionist was kind and warm and helped me fill out the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Then Dr. Harris was the best chiropractor I have ever been to. She listened and took the time to really understand where I was hurting and why. She then cracked me from neck to lower back and I feel wonderful. She even had me move around and asked if I was still in pain, I was so she continued working until she could resolve my immediate pain. Repeat visits will be necessary to completely fix the problem, but at least now I don't have a stabbing pain every time I bend. I didn't feel rushed or like I was wasting her time, she listened and cared! Great visit!”

“This is a great spot that always has enough tubes. Whitewater tubing ride was very fun and manageable. We weren't sure about the weather, but it turned out great and the water was very warm. Our guide told us we would definitely have fun, get wet, and get ejected. Only two of those things happened - try to guess which ones. I especially like how when you finish, the buses are already waiting for you. We very much enjoyed our scenic ride down the Potomac.”
