Earlier this week, my mother purchased a 2021 Ford Explorer there, and we got to work with one of the best car salesman named Jim Heintz. He was very kind and listened to what my mother was looking for in a vehicle. We searched for a car for 2 -3 weeks, and within 15 minutes, Jim found the car that my mom was satisfied with and helped us find the best rebates. The financial advisor (Katie) there is also very kind, and they took the stress of buying/financing a vehicle. They both were accommodating and made us feel comfortable/good about getting a new car.
