  The house was absolutely perfect for our group of six. We rented both the downstairs and upstairs and had plenty of space to relax. Our group was in town for a Wisconsin football game and the Victorian was a short 25 minute drive to Madison. The house sits right in the middle of downtown Cambridge making for an easy walk to the local restaurants and stores. Carol was a delight to work with and provided lots of great recommendations for our visit. The house had everything we needed -comfortable beds, cozy furniture, plenty of towels, and beautifully remodeled kitchens and bathrooms.

  It was wonderful, would highly recommend it. The house had all the amenities you could need, the main bed was so very comfortable and the pillows were so soft. The bathroom was very clean as was the whole house, she was very easy to talk to if you had a problem. The cute little alcove had additional room for at least 3 or 4 more people/kids. The living room was quite big and had a very comfortable couch. I would stay here again. I loved it. The rug in the living room was the absolute most softest rug!!.

  We enjoyed a wonderful Christmas week at the Victorian - a hidden gem in Cambridge! Everyone was very comfortable and took full advantage of the well-equipped kitchen, cozy fireplace, and videos for the kids. The in-town location was perfect for our needs - highly recommended!

  I was absolutely blown away! Carol was so accommodating and she was very responsive when we had questions. The house is gorgeous and completely up-to-date. All the beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding was modern. There was plenty of room for everyone and we had an amazing girls' weekend. I will definitely be back in the future.

  We visited Cambridge and stayed at the Victorian the week of July 4th. What a fantastic place. I simply can't say enough about how wonderful this house is. We had two families that were in the Madison area for US Cycling nationals. Two adults/two kids each. With one family upstairs and our family downstairs, we had the perfect amount of space. And we enjoyed being together while still having some separation and privacy.
  
  As for the appointments in the house - it is completely updated and beautiful. The bathrooms are perfect with lots of extra towels, soap etc... provided. The kitchen - especially downstairs where everything is brand new - was better equip than my own kitchen at home with fantastic appliances. I will be shopping for a new washer and dryer at home because the ones in the downstairs unit set a new standard for me!
  
  The bedding was new and very comfortable. Everything was decorated beautifully. We especially enjoyed the yard and BBQ. Although the home is on a fairly busy street, inside and in the backyard it is very quiet and so peaceful.
  
  As for the area - we had to drive to Madison and surrounding towns for races and Cambridge was an easy central location for us. The lake is an very short drive or a nice walk from the house, and had we had a bit more time we would have enjoyed hanging out there.
  
  Overall I really can't say enough good things except thank you to Carol for sharing with us!
