I was looking for a short term storage area as I moved to Wisconsin. I reached out to Fred from Cross Plains Storage. Not only was he extremely friendly, he was very organized. He gave thorough instructions on the units. I love the ease of paying monthly through the link on the website. It makes it easy to people on the go. Fred also sends an email to remind his tenants of the monthly rent. The facility is clean and safe! Would highly recommend!

We have made use of a storage unit at Cross Plains storage for a number of years now. We have found the unit to be sturdy, secure, and in the event of rising waters a year or so ago, flood-free!!

The management is courteous and wonderful to deal with - including the helpful monthly email reminders that rent will soon be due.

A great deal of thought went into the construction to make sure there are no water issues as well as rodent and bugs. They are extremely clean, impeccably maintained, and well lit. Fred is wonderful to work with and easy to reach if there is a need. Payment can be made online. I highly recommend them.
