    Toured here the other day and I would have to say these are some groovy apartments. The gentleman showed me all the options and took the time to let me ramble about my life. He even gave me some hot bean water.

    I will probably be moving here soon! If any fellow bean water enthusiasts want to chill and talk about life you should let me know!

    I have a friend who currently lives at Elan and the property is beautiful! I have visited a few times and was able to enjoy their pool and outdoor firepit in the summer. I attended their summer cookout and had a ton of fun playing games and meeting the residents and staff who were all welcoming. I am planning to move to Elan this coming summer when my lease ends, just hoping they will have availability!

    Honestly one of the best places I have ever lived! It is in a nice, quiet location near all sorts of convenient places. Plus all of the office staff and maintenance guys are incredibly responsive to any questions or issues. They always get back to you as quickly as possible. The apartments are clean, well maintained and are just really nice! I can't recommend this place enough!

    I lived at Elan for almost two years before purchasing a house. The property was always clean and beautiful! Management was extremely helpful and they were always welcoming when I visited the office for a package or question. Maintenance was excellent and responded right away to any issues. Residents were super friendly as well. Great place to live and highly recommended!

    Loved living here! It’s the only apartment complex I’ve ever resigned a lease for. The location is excellent if you work in Fitchburg/Verona, the units are beautiful, and it’s very dog friendly. There were some issues with management last summer, but since the old manager was replaced things have been great. My only issue would be that sometimes it takes the office a big long to get back to you on questions (especially during the busy season), but you can always stop in the office and chat with them. Maintenance requests are handled through their own online system and are always dealt with quickly.
