(September 23, 2018, 4:50 pm)Great little area along County D. It's located right next to the recycling center. There's a greenhouse just before it and a Hundu cultural center just down the road. The area itself is pretty small with a decent sized memorial honoring military service members. There's plenty of parking in the lot, but no public bathroom.

Gorman Wayside is on an 18-acre public site to the north of the old Town Hall building and the parks maintenance garage. The park contains a veteran's memorial, picnic table, monument, and landscaping. The park provides a nice view of rural Fitchburg.
