(November 30, 2019, 2:23 pm)My father has been getting excellent care at the Cottages of Madison since they took over ownership a few months ago. I have been extremely impressed with the level of service and communication. Not only does my dad seem to have a higher level of engagement from staff, Rachelle has seen to it that we have frequent updates & finds ways for me to participate in his life via phone/Skype. And I know she genuinely cares about him, his well-being, and possible ways to elevate his experience there. Living far away from my dad is difficult, but because of the extraordinary care & service they provide, I am able to maintain a relationship with him. I am reassured he’s in good hands!
