(December 26, 2020, 4:42 pm)I went in to get a replacement headlamp for my SUV, which seemed like an easy DIY install instead of going to a service center/dealer and paying $$$. However, I wasn’t sure which lamp to get so I got Derek the manager to come out and look at my car, pick out the correct one, check out AND he installed it for no charge in less than 5 minutes.
In today’s world where customer service is nonexistent, I couldn’t be more satisfied. I left with a smile on my face and money saved in my bank account. I’ll definitely be back.
