Very helpful staff. I was in a pinch to get some paperwork filed and they were very understanding and courteous even though I was having trouble and probably called/emailed them about 10 times.
Fairly simple process if you are prepared. Overall good experience, I would recommend an appointment compared to a walk in.
The folks here were amazingly helpful when we needed to get all of our ducks in a row to take our dogs with us on an extended visit to multiple countries in Europe. MOST especially helpful was a man named Brian. Although they're part of the federal government, they do NOT take cash as payment for anything. Funny thing, though, we jumped through all of the hoops to prove the dogs were safe to travel, but when we arrived in Paris, we were guided through the airport to the limo waiting for us, and nobody ever looked into our luggage or asked us anything about the dogs walking with us on their leashes.
They were very kind during the loss of my cat. Very clean and nice building also.
Friendly, helpful staff. Had to get some vet documents certified and they did a great job. Even caught a few errors and worked with my vet to get corrections.
