  Super timely! Turned in my machine with the warning it could be up to 4 weeks for service and repair. Service was completed in 2.5 weeks and included a detailed write up of findings and what was done to my machine. Great service in the midst of a pandemic!

  The good people at the Electric Needle have fixed my Juki sewing machine twice. They are professional, friendly, skilled, and I have always been happy with the cost. I highly recommend their services! Plus, you get to see the Duck Car, which always thrills the littles.

  Full disclosure I have worked here. But there is simply no finer place to take your sewing machine. Honest and fantastic service!! Great fabric and knowledgeable staff.

  This place is AMAZING! I am a pretty basic/beginner sewer, I make dog collars, coats, and beds. I stopped in last night for the first time ever to inquire about repair costs to see if it was even worth looking at vs replacing. The staff was so easy going and helpful! Their fabric was gorgeous and we know how that goes.... I brought my machine in tonight shortly before close and in less than 5 minutes they found and fixed my issue and when I asked what I owed they didn't want a dime. They have earned a loyal customer.
  They could not be more helpful. They offer tons of classes, I only wish I had more time to go to them! Very highly recommended for all levels!
