  I booked Hilton Madison Monona Terrace for 2 nights. The night before our wedding and the night of our wedding. I booked a block of rooms for our guests to stay in as well as the suites for everyone to get ready in and it was perfect! The view from the top floor suite was so amazing and the suite as a whole was so spacious and left enough space for 7 girls to get ready in, as well as 2 hair dressers and 2 makeup artists.
  
  The hotel staff was one of the most kind hotel staffs I have ever encountered and they were also very professional. They went out of their way to congratulate me several times as well, which I thought was super nice of them!
  
  They made everything feel so effortless and they went out of their way to help me with a few last minute things I needed as well. They even let us use the banquet room for pictures with our photographer!
  
  Another thing I absolutely loved about the hotel was the restaurant. My now husband and I had dinner there the night before the wedding and again, the staff at the bar and the waitress was so incredibly kind. We truly had the best time of our lives and I could not imagine spending it anywhere else.
  
  I've booked the Hilton for other events as well and it will always be my go-to hotel. Its by far my most favorite. It's very clean and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating! HIGHLY recommend for any and all reasons!

  We just spent a long weekend here and were extremely impressed with all the precautions Hilton has taken concerning Coves 19. EXTREMELY CLEAN, tissues by the elevator so you don't have to touch the buttons. This is the only hotel in the Madison area I would trust to stay in. Fantastic mattresses, THICK towels.

  Wow, What an amazing view and location! I was on the 11th floor and had a perfect view of the capital building. It looked so beautiful lit up at night. The location was also great because it was in walking distance of so much

  After some car trouble delayed our plans significantly, we arrived at Hilton Monona Terrace tired and annoyed. But, from the second we walked in, we were overwhelmed with hospitality, friendliness and ease. Will, the front desk agent assisting us, met our every need and beyond that, made every effort to accommodate our wishes. He offered options (like late check out if available) before we could even ask to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We feel very lucky to have been welcomed by Will, but every member of staff offered the same friendliness. professionalism, and initiative throughout our stay. We are looking forward to staying again!
  
  I also must add, the dining area, fireplaces and holiday decorations were stunning. And thanks for allowing pets!
