(October 10, 2021, 10:59 pm)My experience is mixed whenever I come here. Most of the time the nurses and doctors explain things and go over your treatment with you. But recently the hospitality has been lacking.

(April 30, 2021, 4:05 pm)Angels work in the emergency department at UW. My nurse, Meghan R, made me feel as comfortable as she could. She was attentive, caring, very professional and quick to explain what the residents were telling me. I think she even told the residents what to say. Give her a raise, hire more nurses line Meghan and I am forever grateful for her care.

(August 7, 2020, 1:54 pm)Within 10 minutes of walking through the front doors, I was taken back to be seen. Every single person that I interacted with was extremely nice and helpful: front desk, nurses, PA, X-Ray technician, physician—everybody! This was my first time here, and of course hopefully I don’t have to go to the ER again, but if I do, I will definitely come to this location, and encourage others to as well.
