(August 24, 2019, 1:35 pm)Carolina is located on a quiet street and close to Hilldale mall. Neighbors are quite respectful to others, and the building is well maintained. The best part about living here is the building staff. They are all friendly, especially, Meagan is kind, responsive, and professional. She genuinely cares about the residents' well-being and satisfaction. The maintenance staff is hard-working and helpful as well. Everything I needed was taken care of in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this apartment to people seeking for a place near UW campus or westside Madison. :D
